– Do I have to live in California to take advantage of your services?

You don’t have to live in California using Zoom or other online tools; I am able to work with you to achieve your farming and gardening goals. If you do not want to do the work yourself, I help you find dependable local contractors to hire.

– What if I’ve never gardened or farmed before?

That is an excellent question, and I know exactly where you are coming from, having been in that same place many years ago. What we do in the beginning to get you growing is tailored to your level of knowledge, and we build a strong foundation of concepts and techniques that will help you expand your skill set. 

– Can I grow food year-round outside?

Absolutely! There are many easily implemented and proven techniques to do so.

– What if I live in a HOA that has rules against growing vegetables?

I analyze your HOA rules and use those guidelines to determine how to use food plants as a part of your landscaping. I use my knowledge of available varieties to pick vegetables that are stunningly beautiful and/or will blend into your existing landscape plantings. We can also explore indoor setups, whether in the house, the garage, or an outbuilding; the bottom line is that there is always a way to grow food somewhere on your property.

– I just have an apartment balcony. Can I grow anything there?

Yes, you can, and would be amazed at how much can be grown in a small space.

– I want to start a business/increase my business to sell at farmer’s markets/sell to chefs/sell to local stores. Can you help with that?
